May 2018 - Doric Surveyors have been appointed to manage a Prime Business Park. Completed by Hull based Pivotal Developments in 2018 Carmel Park comprises a courtyard of four hybrid commercial units totalling c. 929 SM / 10,000 SF with a gross development value in order of c. £1.2m. Units 1 & 2 are built to a Version 1 (V1) specification whereas units 3 & 4 are built to a Version 2 (V2) specification. In collaboration with local Architects the hybrid concept was evolved by Matthew Tomlinson who was also instrumental advising upon another hybrid Business Park also located in Hull.
