June 2018 - Doric Surveyors have been appointed to manage Waterloo Trade Park a busy Trade Sales Park. Located on Cleveland Street close to the City Centre the Park has recently been comprehensively refurbished to a high standard. Taking c. 18 months to undertake works included the existing buildings being stripped-back to the frame, extended and rebuilt to an ‘as new’ specification. The re-gearing of an existing lease released land to enable a new detached unit to be built. A number of new tenants have now been secured and the development is now fully complete to include bespoke illuminated roadside estates signage. A new benchmark of accommodation within the immediate area has been set. Held as an investment the development has successfully realised significant capital and rental growth against cost.
